This policy is about the website you are reading right now, published at dustyenterprise.com and dustyenterprise.ro. Nothing else.
Serento, Rolog and Kontiq are separate apps. Each has its own privacy policy, published on its own site and in its App Store listing, and each one describes things this website never does. If you want to know what an app does with your data, read that app's policy: serento.app, rolog.ro, kontiq.ro. This page cannot answer for them.

Close to nothing, and we would rather keep it that way.
There is no account to create and no form to fill in. No newsletter box, no search field, no comments, no login. The site is text, images and links.
The only way to reach us from here is a mailto: link. Clicking it opens your own email program. Nothing is submitted through this website. If you do write to us we obviously have your address and whatever you sent, and we keep it for as long as the conversation is useful.
This website sets no cookies. Not one, first-party or third-party. There is no session, no login and no tracking identifier.
It does keep one thing in your browser, in localStorage, under the key dusty-theme. Its value is either light or dark, and it exists so the site remembers which theme you picked with the toggle in the header. It is written only when you press that toggle. It never leaves your device, we never see it, and it cannot identify you.
Under the GDPR and Romanian Law 506/2004, storage that holds nothing but a preference you deliberately set is not something you have to be asked about. That is why there is no banner here to dismiss. Clear it whenever you like by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We run no analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Meta pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording, no A/B tooling, no advertising or conversion tags. We do not know how many people read this page, and we are fine with that.
The site's typefaces, Geist and Geist Mono, are delivered by Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com on every page load, and that request necessarily carries your IP address, your browser and operating system, and the address of the page you are on.
None of that reaches us. It goes to Google, which may process it outside the European Union under its own terms. We spell it out because it is the only third party involved in loading this site, and a policy that claimed otherwise would be false.
The web server keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, time, requested address, response code, referring page and browser string. Every web server does. They exist so the site can be kept running and defended against abuse.
We do not read them for statistics, we build no profiles from them, and we combine them with nothing else. They sit with our hosting provider and are deleted on that provider's own schedule. The application itself is configured to record only warnings and errors, and keeps no visitor log of its own.
This site used to carry a waitlist form for Serento. The form was removed on 1 August 2026.
The address behind it, POST /api/waitlist, is still running on the server, although no page on this site sends anything to it any more. If somebody found that address and posted an email address to it, that address, together with the sender's IP, browser string and a timestamp, would be forwarded by email to us. Nothing would be written to a database, because this website has no database.
Nowhere. We sell nothing, we hand nothing to advertisers or data brokers, and we do no profiling and no automated decision-making.
The only outside parties involved at all are our hosting provider, which runs the server, and Google, for the fonts described above.
There is nothing else to keep.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to our using it.
In practice we usually hold nothing that could be matched to you. This site collects no identifiers, so a request to delete your data typically has nothing to act on. Email is the exception: if you have written to us, that we can find and delete.
Ask by writing to contact@dustyenterprise.com. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

This site is not aimed at children and collects nothing that would tell us a visitor's age.
If this policy changes we update this page and the effective date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify you through, because we do not have one.
